You will design and evaluate quantitative models for retail lending analytics and support deployment to production environments. The position emphasizes reinforcement learning and optimization techniques, strong mathematical foundations, and collaboration

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in quantitative modeling or related analytical work or a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience or academic exposure to reinforcement learning and optimization modeling techniques.
• Strong mathematical and statistical background.
• Understanding of how models interact with computer systems and software environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate quantitative models for retail lending analytics.
• Apply reinforcement learning frameworks and optimization modeling techniques to decision problems.
• Analyze model interactions with inputs, outputs, and feedback loops.
• Incorporate human-in-the-loop input where applicable.
• Test model behavior across input structures and system configurations.
• Document model assumptions, methodologies, results, and limitations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support production integration.
• Support ongoing model enhancements, validation, and monitoring.
