Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/CE with strong academic record.
• Theoretical knowledge and experience in object modeling and coding in C++, Linux, C#.
• Experience in modeling, documentation, and prototyping new algorithms.
• Attention to detail and strong time/schedule management skills.
• Ability to work in a small team and communicate effectively in writing and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Apply theoretical knowledge to solve scientific programming problems.
• Define technical specifications for mathematical algorithms.
• Model objects for new generation science applications.
• Design, build, test, and implement scientific software.
• Verify, document, and QA for new and existing software.
• Support maintenance of scientific software and related systems.
• Produce technical reports and presentations for customers.
• Keep daily notebook and provide weekly progress reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
