Novateur Research Solutions in Northern Virginia is seeking a Research Engineer to advance the state of the art in large-scale machine learning, focusing on computer vision, spatiotemporal modeling, and multimodal reasoning.

You will prototype algorithms, build scalable training and inference pipelines on AWS EKS, curate data, evaluate models, and collaborate with academic and government partners to deploy robust systems.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, or related field.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow and scalable model training.
• Strong background in algorithms and software design.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and optimize algorithms in computer vision and machine learning.
• Build scalable training and inference pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS EKS).
