Qualifications

• Five+ years of applied ML experience or equivalent impact.
• Experience with large-scale behavioral, transactional, or customer data.
• Experience designing experiments and measuring incrementality.

Responsibilities

• Own applied ML initiatives from data prep to deployment and monitoring.
• Design and run A/B tests and validation for business impact.
• Develop propensity, uplift, ranking, and personalization models.
• Collaborate with ML infrastructure, data engineering, and product teams.
• Build reusable ML tooling and pipelines for scalable MLOps.
