Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a highly skilled engineer to join our Circuit Solutions Group in Santa Clara. You will work on pre-silicon and post-silicon design projects, applying agentic AI and ML methods to optimize circuit layout and data flows.

You will analyze complex problems, develop models, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality EDA solutions. A strong background in algorithms, math, and software (Python/C++) is essential.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering
• Experience in Combinatorial Optimization, Agentic AI and large language models, Machine Learning for Chip Design & EDA
• Background in Algorithms/Data Structures
• Proven ability to write code in Python and C++

Responsibilities

• Work within a multi-functional team on Pre-silicon and Post-silicon circuit design and data, circuit/layout optimization and Spice correlation.
• Research and implement frontier techniques in electronic design automation.
• Build and innovate agentic AI solutions for VLSI design problems.
• Analyze problems/datasets, formulate hypotheses, design models and algorithms to reach desired QOR.
