Job summary

Phase2 Technology on UT Austin's campus is seeking an Evaluation Coordinator to support externally funded program evaluations and applied research. You will handle day-to-day logistics, scheduling, data collection activities, and communications with sites and participants, reporting to Evaluation Directors.

• Bachelor's degree in education, social sciences, or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating projects, research studies, or programs, including scheduling and logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project logistics, including scheduling, data collection activities, and site communication.
• Track project deliverables, timelines, and milestones; maintain project documentation and records.
• Support data collection and data management activities in coordination with data specialists.
• Communicate with project sites, participants, and stakeholders as directed.
• Assist Evaluation Directors in preparing reports, presentations, and other project materials.
• Engage in problem-solving activities as necessary.
