Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a graduate degree program at a SUNY institution.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated interest in research, data analysis, or data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Support the extraction, cleaning, combining, and reporting of SUNY and other data (e.g., Census, WICHE) used in campus‑level demographic reports.
• Contribute to drafting campus‑level reports, including visualization development, summaries of methods, findings, and key takeaways.
• Maintain documentation, methodology notes, data definitions, and reporting procedures.
• Support Collaborative Service meetings through notetaking, presentation preparation, and follow‑up materials.
• Assist with ad hoc data requests, survey analysis, research questions, and project tasks related to IR Collaborative Services.
