Job summary

Wedgwood Christian Services is seeking energetic, compassionate staff to work with children aged 2–12 diagnosed with autism. You will implement NET and DTT under BCBA guidance, while facilitating play and social interaction during engaging daily activities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Overview

We are seeking individuals who are energetic, compassionate, fun, and dedicated to changing the lives of children and families. We provide comprehensive early intensive behavioral intervention and focused based intervention utilizing the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Our technicians work 1:1 with two to twelve year old children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders. They are responsible for implementing natural environment teaching (NET) and discrete trial training (DTT), as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). In addition, our techs facilitate play and social interaction, as well as design and conduct exciting daily small group activities in a fun, engaging environment.
