Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services and implement skill-building and care plans in clients' homes or community locations.

Positions start part-time with same-day pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional advancement through BCBA schooling partnerships. Paid training is provided to help you grow and make a meaningful difference.

Qualifications

• Must have an RBT certification before working.
• Experience delivering ABA interventions and supporting independence.
• Ability to record and monitor client progress accurately.

Responsibilities
