Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced ABA Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit BCBA and Case Supervisors across California, Arizona, and Colorado. This fully remote role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines and proactive outreach to qualified clinical professionals.

Ideal candidates have ABA recruiting experience, understand BCBA responsibilities, and are adept at using Indeed and LinkedIn to source active and passive candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, source, and engage qualified BCBAs and Case Supervisors in CA, AZ, and CO.
• Develop sourcing strategies tailored to each state's market conditions.
• Use Indeed, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and other channels to find candidates.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, experience, compensation expectations, and fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clinical hiring managers.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Create and manage job adverts across recruitment platforms.
• Assist with offer preparation and acceptance follow-up.
• Collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition and clinical leadership.
• Monitor engagement, productivity, and interview conversion metrics.
• Support recruiting for BTs, RBTs, and other roles as needed.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT)

About the Opportunity

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven ABA Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing clinical recruitment efforts across California, Arizona, and Colorado.

In this position, you will focus primarily on identifying, engaging, and recruiting qualified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Case Supervisors. You will play an important role in developing strong candidate pipelines, conducting proactive outreach, and connecting qualified clinical professionals with our hiring managers.

The ideal candidate has previous recruiting experience within the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) industry, understands the competitive clinical hiring landscape, and has demonstrated success sourcing candidates through platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, source, and engage qualified BCBAs and Case Supervisors across California, Arizona, and Colorado.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to the hiring needs and market conditions of each state.
• Utilize Indeed Smart Sourcing, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and other recruitment channels to identify active and passive candidates.
• Conduct preliminary candidate screenings to assess qualifications, professional experience, compensation expectations, and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between qualified candidates and clinical hiring managers.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated clinical hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activity, and follow-up communications within the applicant tracking system.
• Create, update, and manage job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
• Assist with offer preparation, candidate communication, and offer acceptance follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition and clinical leadership to support recruitment goals.
• Monitor candidate engagement, sourcing productivity, and interview conversion metrics.
• As needed, assist with recruiting efforts for Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other recruitment initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

• Previous recruitment or sourcing experience within the ABA industry.
• Familiarity with BCBA and Case Supervisor qualifications and responsibilities.
• Experience sourcing and engaging active and passive candidates.
• Proficiency with Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar recruiting platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred:

• Experience recruiting clinical professionals across California, Arizona, or Colorado.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive BCBA candidates.
• Familiarity with multi-state clinical recruiting requirements and regional hiring challenges.

Performance will be evaluated based on candidate quality, sourcing effectiveness, interview conversions, pipeline management, and contributions toward clinical hiring objectives.

Work Location & Schedule

This is a fully remote position open to candidates residing within the United States.

Although employees may work remotely from any U.S. location, this position supports hiring operations in California, Arizona, and Colorado and requires availability during Pacific Time business hours.
