Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on security engineering in detection, threat intel, incident response, cloud security, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python or Rust.
• Experience architecting security systems at scale and influencing cross-team builds.
• Ability to define and drive complex, ambiguous problem spaces with group-level impact.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve ambiguous problems within Security, Trust, or Safety domains.
• Architect security systems and capabilities that set the standard across teams.
• Drive platform-level decisions for AI-driven security solutions at Meta's scale.
• Lead adversarial research, threat intel programs, detection systems, or AI-augmented investigations.
• Shape how security expertise translates into AI capability and scalable methodologies.
• Mentor engineers, build a security engineering community, and disseminate findings.
