Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 1 year of product management experience or related fields (design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering).
• Preferred: degree in CS or engineering; 1+ years translating strategy into digital products; 1+ years working on core product platforms.

Responsibilities

• Owns and communicates the product roadmap, partnering with data science and tech teams to execute.
• Translate vision into actionable features and user stories, driving MVP delivery for feature tests.
• Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists and SMEs to build cutting-edge AI-powered servicing solutions.
• Continuously improve intelligent capabilities within Card Servicing Intelligence portfolio and power end-to-end servicing.
