Growth Factory Ventures is looking for an Applied AI Engineer to join our in-house venture studio. You will build AI-powered features across multiple early-stage projects, spanning BioHealth, B2B SaaS, and AI initiatives, with a focus on real-world product validation.

As a hands-on engineer, you'll work full-stack on dashboards, backend services, and evaluation pipelines, shipping rapid prototypes to inform venture direction and growth.

Formación

• Proficient in Python with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
• Backend systems: databases, caching, queues, microservices.
• Frontend prototyping for internal tools.
• Experience with evaluation pipelines and vector databases.
• Strong communication; able to work remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Build AI-powered features across ventures.
• Optimize AI systems with prompt engineering, RAG, and tool design.
• Prototype quick, testable AI-driven products.
• Design automated evaluation pipelines.
