Phase2 Technology is seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer based in Reston, Virginia. This position involves training and maintaining AI models, defining solutions with ML algorithms, and collaborating with a broad team including data engineers and scientists to deliver high-quality AI solutions for national security.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least three years of experience in related fields, and a TS/SCI clearance. This competitive role offers a projected salary range between $99,000.00 and $225,000.00 annually.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, applied AI and ML, or full-stack development.
• Experience rapidly prototyping, developing, and iterating on use-case-specific AI solutions.
• Experience conducting comprehensive evaluation and tuning of AI outputs.
• Ability to work closely with Mission Integration teams.
• Ability to adapt AI solutions to various operational requirements.
• TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Define the direction of critical AI solutions using ML algorithms.
