Accenture is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to join the founding team in Arlington, TX. You will contribute to a knowledge platform built on Oracle 23ai, extend MCP server infrastructure, and accelerate AI-assisted sales and client engagements.

You will work across solution architects, sales, and delivery teams to embed AI across the Accenture-Oracle alliance. The role requires deep AI/ML background, Oracle familiarity, and hands-on experience with agentic AI systems, context engineering, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software engineering, AI/ML, or enterprise technology experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of functional Oracle knowledge in EPM, ERP, or OCI.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with hybrid retrieval systems and context engineering.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI systems.
• Experience with MCP servers, agentic harness frameworks, or tool-use orchestration.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12+ years) required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Knowledge Repository — a multi-tenant enterprise knowledge platform on Oracle 23ai.
• Build and extend MCP server infrastructure and retrieval pipelines across Oracle product lines.
