Job description

About RightClick

RightClick is a progressive IT services firm uniquely positioned with two divisions: RightClick Technology and RightClick Talent. We’re built around one idea: we do the building, or we build you the team that will. RC Tech is our managed and professional services arm helping clients run smarter with the right technology, the right strategy, and now, the right AI. RC Talent is our recruiting division, placing people primarily in technology, healthcare, financial services, and the C-suite.

RC Tech has been delivering managed IT services to clients across the Northeast since 2021. In the last two years, we've expanded aggressively into AI by building out a managed AI practice that helps clients adopt, govern, and get real value from foundational and frontier tools, meeting them wherever they might be in their AI journey from experimentation to optimization. This role sits at the center of that expansion.

The Role

We've gone from zero to a live AI managed services practice in under two years, managing client deployments, internal tooling, and a pipeline that's growing faster than our current team can support. We're building out the AI Strategy & Enablement Team to meet that demand, and this is that next hire.

As our first Applied AI Analyst, you'll work alongside our AI Strategy & Enablement Lead and company leadership to design, build, and ship the tools, automations, and integrations that power how we operate and how we serve clients, from MCP integrations and AI-powered data platforms to workflow automations and client rollouts.

The work is real, the problems are unsolved, and the person who takes this role will have a direct hand in shaping how we grow. No two weeks will look the same. The list below reflects what we're working on today, not the ceiling of what this role becomes.

What You’ll Work On
  • Deploy and support AI tools for clients like Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot while helping users actually use them well at an enterprise scale
  • Design and ship automations that reduce manual work for clients and our service delivery teams
  • Build and maintain MCP server integrations connecting AI models to client and internal systems
  • Provide end users with turnkey support to either answer usability questions, troubleshoot technical issues, or improve their understanding and skillset of AI tooling
  • Gain an understanding of clients’ business and the underlying processes to identify opportunities for new tooling, processes, platforms, or services
  • Ride along on client engagements - answering questions, supporting onboarding, and being the kind of technical presence clients’ trust
  • Research and evaluate emerging AI tools and surface recommendations to leadership internally and externally
  • Work with company leadership on new product concepts, internal tooling, and cross-divisional initiatives
  • Contribute to governance frameworks, skills libraries, and AI literacy resources for clients and internal teams
What You Should Bring
  • Hands-on technical experience and under-the-hood knowledge of Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Code/Cowork, or other agentic frameworks
  • Comfort writing any of the following is a plus: Python, Node, C#/.NET, TypeScript
  • Working knowledge of SQL or database concepts
  • Familiarity with GitHub and/or production environments
  • Azure familiarity is a strong plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can explain complex technical concepts to someone that can’t spell AI
  • A Computer Science, MIS, AI, or related degree (or equivalent experience that proves you can build)
  • Genuine curiosity about and passion for where AI is going and how it changes real, professional workflows
You’ll Thrive Here If…
  • You’d rather build the tool than wait for someone else to
  • You’re comfortable being the person in the room who figures it out
  • You can toggle between technical work and a client-facing conversation in the same afternoon
  • You want mentorship and room to grow, not a seat to sit in
  • You think in systems and you see automations before they’re built
  • You want to be early on something that’s moving fast
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary
  • Paid time off & holidays
  • Formal mentorship program and paid training program
  • Monthly learning & development sessions
  • Health plan options (Medical, Dental, Vision, Critical Illness, AD&D Insurance, and Accident/Life)
  • 401(k) contribution plan
  • Paid on-site gym membership
