You will design and execute manual and exploratory tests, develop test plans and scripts from product requirements, document defects, and collaborate closely with scrum masters, developers, and QA to ensure robust, reliable releases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and technical specifications.
• Performs hands-on manual and exploratory testing for all software releases.
• Identify, document, and drive resolution of defects.
• Perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Validate fixes to ensure issues are resolved and nothing else broke.
• Participate in regression testing to confirm fixes and prevent reintroducing issues.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Contribute to test planning, including decomposing requirements into test scenarios.
• Accurately estimate testing efforts for project planning and tracking and provide input to scrum master.
• Partner closely with scrum masters and developers to ensure smooth, high-quality releases.
