Synopsys, Inc. is seeking a technical professional to deliver remote support for Simpleware software and related imaging tools. You will conduct demos, trainings, and workshops, visit customers, and help shape product requirements.
The role involves consultancy on AI/ML segmentation and maintaining trusted relationships with clinicians and engineers. The successful candidate will bring 3+ years in customer-facing roles, experience with Simpleware/Mimics/3D Slicer, and knowledge of Ansys/FEA CFD.
Synopsys is the leader in engineering solutions from silicon to systems. The Simpleware team, now part of our portfolio through Ansys, develops software that converts 3D medical images—CT and MRI scans—into accurate 3D models for CAD, simulation, and 3D printing.
You turn imaging data into usable models. You've worked with CT scans, segmentation software, and customers who need geometry for surgical planning or simulation. You can speak to both clinicians and engineers, and you know how to make complex software accessible. You've used tools like Simpleware, Mimics, or 3D Slicer, probably written Python scripts to automate workflows, and you like being the person who makes technology work for people.
Nice to have: CAD/3D modeling, ISO 13485 familiarity, 3D printing knowledge, clinical or medical device experience
You'll join the Simpleware US technical support and applications team, working with customers across clinical, academic, and engineering environments. You'll collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams globally, moving between support, training, and consultancy work.
We offer comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits. Your recruiter will provide details about salary range and benefits during the hiring process.
