Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing or automotive environments.
• Proficiency in interpreting drawings and specifications.
• Experience with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NX).

Aufgaben

• Apply engineering expertise to support sealing solutions across static and dynamic applications, including O-rings and electrification/eMobility.
• Analyze warranty data, field performance, and teardown findings to identify root causes and drive quality improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with materials, tribology, CAE, and program management to solve technical challenges.
• Support customer programs and component reviews by providing technical input in program management meetings.
• Develop and update seal designs using 2D and 3D CAD tools to meet application requirements.
• Lead or support problem-solving initiatives, including corrective actions and VA/VE cost reduction projects.
• Act as a technical partner to assigned customers—promoting solutions and delivering product training and application expertise.
