Qualifications

  • Excellent mechanical comprehension with the ability to understand, describe, and discuss problems of a technical nature.
  • Technical competence in Fluid Power.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to develop technical expertise across mobile electrification, hydraulic systems, and controls.

Responsibilities

  • Support key OEM customers through technical communication, engineering support, project follow-up, pricing coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Provide application support for mobile electrification, hydraulic systems, and control solutions.
  • Perform hands-on shop and application support, including troubleshooting, testing support, product evaluation, system integration, and performance validation.
  • Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements, propose solutions, resolve application issues, and optimize system performance.
  • Manage customer projects from start to finish, including planning, coordination, follow-up, documentation, and execution.
  • Partner with design engineering and manufacturing to develop or revise products based on customer, project, and application requirements.
  • Gather customer and market feedback and communicate needs to Engineering to support product development and process improvements.
  • Support field sales, distributors, Territory Managers, and Regional Managers by providing technical product and application expertise.
  • Maintain market and competitive awareness to support customer applications, product development, and business growth.

Position Summary

Responsible for field applications, system design, and customer product development/enhancement. Provides sales, marketing and design direction in support of the Division's growth initiative. May also manage specific Division key accounts.

Position responsible for driving the strategic growth segments of the Division through innovative product development and exploring adjacent market opportunities. Must effectively interface with all Division departments and Division staff. Works with minimal daily supervision, but keeps team leaders and staff informed of project status.

  • Willingness to develop technical expertise across mobile electrification, hydraulic systems, and controls.

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule
Competitive Compensation
  • Pay Range: $99,705 to $174,575 annually
  • Participation in Annual Incentive Program
