Job summary

United Launch Alliance, LLC. in Denver seeks an Applications Engineer 3 to provide advanced support, enhancement, and administration of enterprise applications across the SAP, Teamcenter, Microsoft, and custom solution ecosystems.

This role supports the Centaur V work for NASA's Space Launch Systems, ensuring availability, reliability, and modernization of mission‑critical systems. You will build, integrate, automate, and maintain applications and supporting infrastructure using both traditional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 4 years of experience supporting and administering enterprise applications (SAP, Teamcenter, Microsoft stack, or similar).
• Experience with troubleshooting, configuration, interface support, and system integration across multiple technologies.
• Ability to adopt AI-based tools or automation platforms to enhance reliability and reduce manual overhead.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently at a professional Level-3 scope.
• Familiarity with ITAR, CUI, and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and enhance SAP and Teamcenter, including S/4HANA migration efforts.
• Support cross-functional workflows, data integrations, and interface reliability across engineering, supply chain, operations, and IT.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, lead root‑cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to optimize performance, monitoring, and resolution.
• Prototype and implement AI-supported solutions to improve reliability and maintainability.
