Better Engineering Mfg, Inc. is the leading manufacturer of industrial parts washing machinery in the US, with a long-standing history and a growing state-of-the-art facility in Joppa, MD.

We are seeking a full-time Applications Engineer to generate quotations for custom machinery, requiring Solid modeling experience and strong communication skills. Ideal candidates will have a BS in Mechanical Engineering or similar, 2+ years with Solid modeling (SolidWorks preferred), and proficiency in MS

Better Engineering is searching for a full-time Applications Engineer to generate quotations for custom machinery. Candidates must hold teamwork and leadership paramount and exemplify a strong work ethic.

9/80 work schedule (every other Friday off), benefits, vacation, 401K, company picnics, overtime opportunities, great working environment, and a brand new building!

• Live within a 45 minute commute of Joppa, MD

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or similar

• 2+ years’ experience with Solid modeling (Solidworks preferred)

• Basic math and mechanical aptitude

• Excellent communication skills

• MS office proficiency
