  • Manage a complex portfolio of 50+ active technology investments, balancing competing priorities across Retail Banking, Wealth Technology and Mortgage business lines to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Provide executive oversight for a large portfolio of applications, including franchise-critical System of records and SaaS platforms, ensuring stability, compliance, govern safety & soundness and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee large-scale strategic programs, such as infrastructure migrations to public cloud and major customer data conversions across LOBs and technology tool migrations leveraging AI tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and build consensus with senior executives, peers, and engineers across technology organizations.
  • Establish and govern technology delivery standards, ensuring all teams maintain current documentation, follow approved procedures, and operate within Citi's policy and control frameworks.
  • Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders across multiple lines of business to align engineering priorities with strategic objectives, presenting regular program reviews and progress updates to executive leadership.
  • Oversee change management processes for new and revised systems, ensuring appropriate controls, documentation, and approvals are in place for all implementations, including regulatory reporting changes.
  • Manage disaster recovery planning across the portfolio, overseeing testing cycles and approving permit-to-operate status for new applications entering production.
  • Assess technology and delivery risk across the organization, escalating issues with transparency and implementing corrective measures that protect the firm's operational integrity and client commitments.
