VCU Health System is seeking an Applications Analyst-Staff to analyze, design, implement, operate, deploy, and support IT resources. The role requires evaluating diverse technical problems and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs within the health system.
Essential responsibilities include system build, user requirement collection, documentation, troubleshooting, and participating in system upgrades.

Associate degree in related field or equivalent combination of related education and experience

Must be certified in Epic module(s) appropriate to area of responsibility as determined by leadership if applicable. Each project and exam as determined for the specific roles must be passed within three (3) attempts. Successful Epic certification(s) completion required within 90 days of final training. Maintain required Epic certification for appropriate role.
