Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 11+ years designing, developing, delivering, and enhancing client-server and web-based applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
• 11+ years hands-on with C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and SQL/Procedural Language.
• 15+ years developing enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.
• 13+ years conveying technical concepts and documentation.
• 13+ years experience with database technologies and front-end/back-end languages.
• 11+ years with MS SQL Server and/or Oracle databases.
• 10+ years with Visual Studio 2010+ and .NET Framework 2.0–4.6.2, C#, VB.
• 7+ years ETL experience in Data Warehouse/BI platforms.
• 7+ years databases using ADO.NET.
• 6+ years WCF and SOA.
• 5+ years with issue tracking and test management tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, HP ALM).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications supporting case and program management initiatives.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to a team of Application, Reports, and Query developers.
• Offer strategic technical advice to leadership, management, and government clients.
• Implement and enforce programming standards for secure, defect-free applications.

• Collaborate with QA and QC teams to maintain application security and integrity.
• Define, document, and communicate development processes and standards across the team.

• Use monitoring and performance analysis tools to troubleshoot and isolate performance issues.
• Create and maintain system and process documentation, including user guides and Visio diagrams.

Qualifications

• Required
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 11+ years of professional experience designing, developing, delivering, and enhancing client‑server, web‑based, cloud‑based, and mobile software applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
  • 11+ years of hands‑on experience with C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and SQL/Procedural Language.
  • 15+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies within a distributed (n-tier) architecture.
  • 13+ years of experience conveying technical and functional concepts for specific technical specialties.
  • 13+ years of experience preparing complex technical documentation.
  • 11+ years of experience with database technologies, development methodologies, and front‑end (e.g., Cognos) and back‑end programming languages (e.g., SQL).
  • 11+ years of experience developing enterprise applications that interact with MS SQL Server and/or Oracle databases.
  • 10+ years of experience with Visual Studio 2010 and later versions, .NET Framework 2.0–4.6.2, C#, and VB.
  • 7+ years of strong ETL experience in Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence platforms.
  • 7+ years of experience with databases using ADO.NET.
  • 6+ years of experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and Service Oriented Architecture.
  • 5+ years of experience with issue tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or HP ALM.
