Job summary

Accenture Flex is seeking an L2 Support Engineer with production support experience to monitor, troubleshoot, and support critical applications and data platforms. You will handle incidents, validate data, and coordinate with stakeholders across engineering teams.

Requirements include 3+ years in production support, hands-on Grafana/Splunk, Airflow, Dagster, Autosys, Maestro, Dremio, SQL, and PostgreSQL, plus Linux/Unix and scripting skills. AWS exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Production Support / L2 Support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Grafana and Splunk for monitoring and analytics.
• Experience with Airflow, Dagster, Autosys, and Maestro workflows.
• Troubleshoot data platforms using Dremio, SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Strong monitoring, diagnosis, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in Linux/Unix; comfortable with scripting (Python/Shell).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; AWS exposure is a plus.
