RPL International in Miami is seeking an Application Security Process Lead to document security processes, conduct gap analyses, and help implement tools across the organization. You will bridge engineering, architecture, security, and business stakeholders to translate technical requirements into actionable documentation.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in cybersecurity or application security, strong SDLC and Agile experience, and familiarity with vendor evaluations.

Formación

• 3+ years in business analysis, product ownership, or technical program delivery within cybersecurity or application security.
• Experience documenting workflows, requirements, and implementation procedures.
• Solid understanding of application security and SDLC.
• Experience collaborating with software engineers and architects.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly documentation.
• Experience with KPI definition and process improvement.
• Exposure to security tools, vendor evaluations, or POCs.

Responsabilidades

• Document existing application security processes, workflows, and software
• Conduct gap analyses to identify process, security, and implementation gaps
• Define and track KPIs and metrics for application security operations
• Work with engineers and architects to develop process flows and implementation documentation
• Translate technical requirements into clear business requirements and actionable documentation
• Facilitate discussions between security teams, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders
• Support product selection, tool evaluations, and POC initiatives
• Coordinate implementation of application security tools across brands and business units
• Help ensure application security practices are integrated throughout the SDLC
• Support Agile processes and collaborate with technical teams on implementation planning
