Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Application Security Engineer to advance secure SDLC integration across multiple teams. You will lead SAST, SCA, ASPM initiatives, CI/CD security, container scanning, and automation while collaborating with DevOps, security, and development groups.

You will support threat modeling, secure code reviews, and security tooling integrations, steering high-priority AppSec activities and remediation efforts across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of AppSec or secure development.
• Hands-on experience with SAST, SCA, DAST, ASPM, container security, and CI/CD controls.
• Familiarity with threat modeling, OWASP Top 10, vulnerability management, and secure SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead application security assessments and vulnerability management activities.
• Implement and manage SAST, SCA, container, and CI/CD security controls.
• Drive ASPM platform adoption and security tool integrations.
• Partner with development teams to remediate findings and improve secure coding.
• Develop AppSec automation, workflows, and runbooks.
• Support threat modeling, architecture reviews, and secure design consultations.
• Prioritize remediation for high-risk vulnerabilities.
• Provide guidance across multiple business units and tech teams.
