Job summary

A growing tech consultancy firm located in Exton, Pennsylvania, is seeking an experienced IT Security Consultant to join their team. This role requires at least 5 years of business process consulting experience, proficiency in vulnerability scanning tools, and a strong understanding of IT security principles. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and significant expertise in managing customer relationships, providing security assessments, and developing secure applications. This is a full-time position, and U.S. citizens or authorized individuals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting.
• At least 4 years of experience in Vulnerability Scanning tools.
• At least 3 years of experience in Development and Deployment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Security Code Review and Vulnerability Assessment.
• Consult Product Development Team to secure applications.

Job Description

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• At least 4 years of experience in Vulnerability Scanning tools (IBM AppScan, IBM AppScan Source, HP Fortify, HP WebInspect, BurpSuite, ZAP, Kali Linux,).
• At least 3 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
• Conduct Security Code Review, Vulnerability Assessment and Consult Product Development Team to secure applications
• Understanding and familiarity with common code review methods and standards such as OSSTMM, OWASP, SANS
• Adhering to best practices, and alignment with the Customers security requirements for project execution, documentation, and reporting
• Manage Customer relationships at the project delivery level
• Knowledge of OWASP tools and methodologies
• Analytical and Communication skills

• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 7 years of experience with IT Security Skills.
