Job summary

The State of North Carolina’s Office of the State Controller seeks an IT Security & Compliance Specialist I (NS) to monitor and enforce security across SAP HR/Payroll and Oracle Fusion Cloud NCFS environments. The role focuses on creating and maintaining complex security roles, handling Ivanti tickets, and supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced state government setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related IT field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
One year of IT security experience or more.
Experience with SAP HR/Payroll security preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and process Security Role Change Requests using the Ivanti ticket system.
Support SAP HR/Payroll and Oracle Fusion Cloud NCFS security.
Create and maintain job roles, duty roles, abstract roles, data roles in Oracle Fusion.
Develop and test security scripts and perform regression testing after upgrades/patches.
Provide production system monitoring of security jobs and on-call duties.
