This position joins our RTX Enterprise Services team, specifically within the Enterprise Application Services Strategy & Transformation team. The team focuses on delivering data-driven insights to senior leadership.

Role Overview: You will coordinate and steward the application inventory, ensuring data accuracy, alignment, and strategic value. Responsibilities include managing application data, promoting IT Asset Management (ITAM) best practices, and supporting long-term portfolio strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead efforts to cleanse and streamline the enterprise application portfolio inventory.
2. Drive data attribute and field definition alignment, focusing on business application data.
3. Support Application Portfolio Management (APM) efforts to ensure data consistency and reduce duplication.
4. Provide monthly retirement reports and interim reporting during dashboard development.
5. Verify data accuracy through outreach to operations leads and APMs.
6. Align business unit data with APM standards and goals.
7. Assist business units in applying ITAM and APM best practices.
8. Serve as a resource for APM tools and processes.
9. Lead change management initiatives for new processes and tools.
10. Develop and execute change management plans, including communication and training.
11. Engage stakeholders to foster continuous improvement.
12. Monitor and evaluate change management effectiveness.
13. Develop standardized application portfolio management processes.
14. Ensure process documentation is clear and adaptable.
15. Contribute to long-term application portfolio value and organizational alignment.
16. Participate in governance practices to maintain data quality.
17. Collaborate on reports and application performance insights for leadership.
18. Build relationships with application portfolio managers and operations teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related.
• 3+ years in business data analysis, application/inventory management, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with APM tools like Planview or ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in data visualization/reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
• Understanding of enterprise application ecosystems and IT data structures.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills for synthesizing large datasets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience creating executive reports.
• Experience validating data accuracy with APMs and operational leads.
