The Technical Lead/Software Engineering lead will support the Dental Business IT portfolio across multiple state Medicaid applications. This role focuses on maintenance and operations (M&O), incident management, and delivery of discretionary and non‑discretionary state initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide strong technical leadership, contribute to solution design, drive estimate reviews, and ensure high-quality delivery across diverse technologies and teams.

The pay range for this position is 90,900 - 129,900 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
