The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 3–5 years of experience, and strong skills in SolidWorks. This position involves interpreting customer drawings, developing layouts and BOMs, and supporting projects from start to finish in a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
3–5 years of relevant experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude and SolidWorks proficiency.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and self-driven.
Responsibilities
Interpret customer drawings and P&IDs.
Develop SolidWorks layouts, 2D drawings, and BOMs.
Support large assembly projects from quote through completion.
Perform final inspections on assemblies.
Communicate fabrication details to production teams.
Coordinate with vendors for non-standard components.
Participate in customer tours and progress reviews.
