Predicore Technology Inc. in The Woodlands, TX near Houston is seeking a technically oriented, customer-facing engineer to conduct plant surveys, build quotes, and deliver customized proposals.
You will work closely with the CEO on the technical side and maintain HubSpot records. You should have 2+ years in a similar role, a degree in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering, and experience with rotating equipment.
$75,000 to $100,000 base salary
An engineer who knows machines. Pumps, motors, compressors, gearboxes, fans, bearings, seals. You have walked plant floors, you can look at an asset list and tell which equipment matters, and you like turning a site visit into a clean, well-built proposal. You are organized to a fault: if a follow-up is due Thursday, it goes out Thursday, and it is logged. You write clear, short English and you are comfortable on the phone with maintenance managers and plant engineers.
Predicore, the US arm of Maper, a predictive maintenance company with ten years of history and industrial plants under continuous monitoring across Mexico, Argentina, and Chile. We deliver machine health monitoring to automotive, food and beverage, packaging, and energy plants: wireless vibration and temperature sensors, AI-assisted diagnostics, certified vibration analysts, and a managed monitoring center. We are building the US operation from Texas, and the CEO still leads every customer conversation himself.
This is not a quota-carrying sales job and there is no cold prospecting. Our marketing team already generates conversations. Your job is to keep them alive, turn them into proposals, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Predicore Technology Inc. considers all qualified candidates without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
