  • Advanced Technical Support: Resolve complex technical issues related to motion control systems and drives in customer applications.
  • Project Execution: Support and coordinate medium- to large-scale customer projects from requirements through deployment.
  • System Architecture & Design: Develop drive system architectures, including PLC and ROS integration.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as a key technical contact for customers and assist with system integration and commissioning.
  • Sales & NBO Support: Collaborate with Sales on technical evaluations and product selection for new business opportunities.
  • Customer Enablement & Time-to-Market Optimization: Streamline integration and validation to accelerate time-to-market.
  • Product Development Collaboration: Provide feedback on performance and usability to product teams.
  • Documentation & Training: Create technical docs and training materials.

Acting as a primary technical interface with customers, this role is highly customer-facing and focuses on ensuring successful deployment, operation, and long-term performance of solutions in real-world applications.Accelerate customer time-to-market by simplifying product selection and enabling efficient system integration.The engineer works closely with customers to understand application requirements, translate them into effective product solutions, and validate performance through testing.
