Novo Nordisk seeks an experienced IT/Engineering professional to ensure reliable operation of local manufacturing applications and improve process control reliability. You will coordinate software upgrades, train staff, and support audits as a subject-matter expert, aligning with quality and regulatory standards.
Preferred candidates have PAS-X, POInT, PLC, and SCADA knowledge, with a Bachelor’s in IT/Engineering and at least five years in process-based manufacturing.

Our Emerging Technologies -Solid Dosage Forms US facility in Durham, NC is a 194,000 square foot tableting and packaging facility that supports the production of our innovative oral treatments for patients with type 2 diabetes. Responsible for ensuring reliable & consistent operation of identified local manufacturing applications that are required to operate. Improve reliability of process control systems to meet current & projected customer, business & regulatory requirements through the following activities: People Focus, Equipment Focus and Standards "Gatekeeper".
Reports to Senior Project Manager – OFP.
Ability to work in an open office environment with the possibility of frequent distraction. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. (% can change on a case-by-case basis based on the role.)
