Job summary

Solventum is hiring an Application Engineer in Dental Solutions, hybrid role based at the Seefeld site. This position requires orthodontic expertise and cross-functional collaboration to shape new dental products and support regulatory submissions.

You will collect customer insights, validate design with clinicians, and generate technical content for customers and sales teams. Hybrid work with travel up to 5% is expected.

Qualifications

• Orthodontist or Dentist with ortho experience, OR ortho assistant with experience, OR CDT/MDT with ortho specialization.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive decisions to completion.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and German, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth through collaboration with customers, new product development, and technical support of corporate dental solutions.
• Lead customer insight collection via surveys, interviews, and focus panels to define user needs for medical device design control input.
• Ensure usability matches orthodontic workflow and generate validation docs for regulatory registrations.
