  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% throughout North America, with some international travel.

  • Ability to commute to and work onsite in Seymour, CT.

  • US citizenship.

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with surface-mount rework and repair equipment.

  • Project management experience supporting multiple concurrent customer engagements.

  • Electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing or capital equipment environment.

  • Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD tools to support equipment and application work.

  • Prior experience providing customer support or field service for technical equipment.

Approximately 50% of your time will involve travel to customer locations across North America, with some international travel. A typical travel week involves traveling on Monday, working onsite at the customer Tuesday through Thursday, and traveling home on Friday, with no back-to-back weeks of travel.
