Cadence Design Systems is seeking new STEM bachelor’s graduates to join our Customer Support Team’s Rotational Program in San Jose, CA. This program offers hands-on training in various domains such as Digital Design, Physical Design, and Embedded software development.

Cadence Design Systems is looking for new STEM bachelor’s graduates with experience using electronic design automation (EDA) tools to join our Customer Support Team’s (CST) Rotational Program in San Jose, CA, Austin TX, Cary NC, Columbia MD, or Burlington MA.
The one year cohort‑based program consists of two six‑month rotations with detailed, hands‑on training in application domains such as Digital Design/Simulation, Physical Design, Analog Layout, Advanced Verification, Hardware Emulation, Embedded software development, and HW/SW co‑verification.
During the program, participants will receive training in UNIX, C/C++, scripting languages (Perl, TCL, Python), digital physical design, timing, IR drop, power analysis, SI analysis, custom and analog design, and will have the opportunity to network and participate in community activities.
The annual salary range for California is $74,200 to $137,800. Eligible for incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions offer a competitive On Target Earnings incentive compensation structure.
