• Minimum 5 years in medium-voltage transformer industry (2.4–34.5 kV).
• Strong knowledge of MV transformer construction, specs, selection and practical applications.
• Ability to read and review Transformer Specifications, Single-Line Diagrams, and engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication with customers, sales teams, and channel partners.
• Familiarity with IEEE/ANSI, DOE, NEC, NEMA, and utility standards.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and channel development through technical discussions, product presentations, solution recommendations, and related technical support.
• Review technical documents to ensure that technical parameters and designs meet customer requirements.
• Assist the factory engineering team with product selection, design, and configuration, and review key technical designs and documentation.
• Provide recommendations for product localization and continuous improvement based on customer practices related to installation, wiring, operation, and maintenance.

Job description

Responsible for providing professional technical support for sales and channel development. This role also supports technical communication between customers and the factory engineering team, translating customer requirements, industry standards, and actual usage practices into product design requirements. This role also supports the introduction and promotion of the company’s existing manufacturing capabilities and products to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales and channel development through technical discussions, product presentations, solution recommendations, and related technical support.
• Review technical documents, including Transformer Specifications, Single-Line Diagrams, Data Sheets, and Installation Instructions, to ensure that technical parameters and designs meet customer requirements.
• Assist the factory engineering team with product selection, design, and configuration, and review key technical designs and documentation.
• Provide recommendations for product localization and continuous improvement based on customer practices related to installation, wiring, operation, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the medium-voltage transformer industry (2.4–34.5 kV). Transformer design experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medium-voltage transformer construction, specifications, selection, and practical applications, as well as medium-voltage distribution systems and customer usage practices.
• Familiarity with transformer standards, with the ability to independently read and review Transformer Specifications, Single-Line Diagrams, and engineering drawings.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally on technical matters with customers, sales teams, and channel partners.
• Familiarity with IEEE/ANSI, DOE, NEC, NEMA, and applicable utility standards.
