Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Must be within 50-mile radius of Highland IL or Syracuse NY; no relocation benefit.
• Sponsorship for immigration is not offered.
• Preferred: SAP/Business Warehouse knowledge.
• Preferred: 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred: Bluebeam software knowledge.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection equipment.
• Manufacturing/production environment experience is a plus.

Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Application Engineer. This position is HYBRID Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm at either of the following Eaton locations: Highland IL or Syracuse NY.The Application Engineer will support the Engineering Services team by providing product application and technical assistance for the B-Line division. Crucial to the success of the team and the business, technical support is a fast-paced environment requiring an entrepreneurial sense of urgency along with a passion for the industry. The role will work with various aspects of the organization from marketing and sales to engineering and will directly interact with outside customers. In addition to solid engineering fundamentals, good listening skills and the ability to collaborate with various skill levels is required. A strong drive to grow both personally and professionally is ideal.The expected annual salary range for this role is $71000 - $105000 a year.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only.
