Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of programming/systems analysis experience.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Designing and implementing technical solutions that align with architectural standards.
• Complete systems development life cycle, including design, coding, testing, implementation, and support.
• Recommending new code development or the reuse of existing code.
• Component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, and product evaluation.
• Systems analysis and design, with a solid understanding of development, QA, and integration methodologies.
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Java development.
• Ability to work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida.
