Rutgers University is hiring an Application Developer II. This role designs and implements integration processes using enterprise cloud-based services like AWS, Heroku, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services, Oracle Integration Cloud, and AI technology. The position also provides ongoing maintenance and support for mission-critical integrations, improves web-based applications, and contributes to cloud computing strategy development.

• Strong experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST, AJAX, JSON, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MariaDB.
• Knowledge of distributed systems architecture, messaging technologies, and REST protocols.
• Preferred experience with REST and SOAP services, Django framework, JavaScript frameworks like React, jQuery, Node.js, and tools like Git, GitLab, Jira, and Confluence.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and five years of related work experience, with equivalent education or training considered.
• Salary ranges from $88,681 to $127,237 with benefits including medical, dental, retirement plans, and more.
• Position is full-time, exempt status, with potential for hybrid work arrangement and is part of the Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences department.
