Job summary

Power Design is seeking an Enterprise Applications Developer to lead modernization of our ERP platform during the EBS-to-Fusion Cloud migration. You will design, develop, and integrate Oracle Fusion Financials modules while driving scalable, cloud-first enterprise solutions.

You’ll partner with Finance, Accounting and Operations to translate business needs into effective system enhancements and support BI tooling such as Hyperion and OBIEE in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
• Knowledge of Fusion SCM modules and Oracle EBS environments during transition.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL skills and relational database experience.
• Experience with Oracle APEX and REST-based integrations.
• BI experience with Hyperion and OBIEE.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Analyze EBS configurations and design scalable Fusion solutions.

Position Details / Responsibilities

• Contribute to the migration from Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Fusion Cloud, helping modernize enterprise processes.
• Analyze existing EBS configurations and integrations and support the design of scalable solutions within Fusion.
• Develop and enhance functionality within Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
• Apply working knowledge of Fusion SCM modules (PO, Inventory, BOM, WIP, OM).
• Build and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion, legacy EBS (during transition) and other enterprise systems.
• Develop solutions using SQL/PLSQL, Oracle APEX, JavaScript and REST APIs.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting and Operations teams to translate business needs into effective system enhancements.
• Support BI tools including Hyperion and OBIEE.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments.
• Collaborate with developers and IT operations to ensure secure, reliable and scalable solutions.

Here’s What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM (Procurement, Inventory, Inventory, BOM, WIP, Order Management).
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, especially in environments transitioning to Fusion, strongly preferred.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL programming skills and experience with relational databases.
• Experience with Oracle APEX and REST-based integrations.
• BI experience with Hyperion and OBIEE required.
• Familiarity with cloud integrations and middleware (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a focus on delivering working, high-quality solutions.
