- Documentquarterlyupgradestatusandstrategyoncompleteinstallbase
- Activelyworkandpromoteregionalmeetingsforyourrespectiveregion
- BecomeproficientintheOn-SiteApplicationsTraining(OAT)CoursesforExactrac
- Beacertifiedexperttoassistcustomerswithallaspectsofelements
- BeacertifiedexperttoassistcustomerswithExactracCasecoverages
- ProvidefocusedsupportpostinstallationforbothelementsandExacTractoensureconfidenceand utilizationin theproduct
- ResponsibleforvisitingallBrainlabRadiotherapyaccountsinregionaminimumthreetimesperyear with primary goals of maximizing utilization and understanding the utilization of platform/s byindication
- Become an expertonyourRTinstallbase
- LeadElementsoftwareupdateinstallationforrespectiveregionasdirected
- SupporttheRegionalMarketingManagerinacquiringinformationfromRTsitesneededfor marketing projects and initiatives.
- ConstantlycommunicateswithRegionalMarketingManagerprovidingfeedbackonproduct developmentbasedonmarketsurveillanceandcommunicationswithsalesandcustomers.
- Responsibleformeetingsalesforce.comexpectationsregardingdocumentationofcontacts, complaint handling and case management.
- AssistinMarketTransparencythroughdocumentationinsalesforce
- SupportspresalesactivitiesasApplicationExpertinpresentations,evaluations,andcustomermeetings
- Coordinatesandorassistinon-sitevisitationsofothercustomersatkeycenters
- Assistsalesandtakeresponsibilityforproductdemonstrationsduringsitevisits.
- Assistssalesinthepresentationwhenassistanceisneededwithkeyaccounts
- Focusonpenetrationofallradiotherapy/radiosurgeryproductintoglobaltop300targetaccounts
- Responsiblefortimelycompletionofhis/herownprojects
- Establishesclosepersonalbondtoallradiotherapyuserswithintheregion
- Identifycustomersthatareunderutilizinginstalledapplications.Providedataandsetquantitative objectives and implement action plan.
- Facilitatespublicationofstudies/presentationsatcongresses
- Developandmanageinstallbaseforrespectiveregionanddocumentactivitiesandoutcomesfor install base
- Assistincoordinationoftrainingcourseforrespectiveregion
- Communicateinacourteousmannerwithallcustomersandtheirrespectiveteammembers, company vendor reps, partners and other Brainlab employees
- Setaprofessionalexamplewithinthecompany
- Travel requirements: Approximately 75 nights per year
Qualifications
- BA/BSpreferred,orequivalentexperience
- Mustbea roadwarrior,with awillingnessanddesireto travelconstantly
- Documentedsuccessinpriorpositions
- Self-motivated,detailorientedandaprovenhistoryofabilitytomakeindependentdecisions
- Previousexperiencecommunicatingwithhealthcareprofessionals
- Superiorcustomerrelationsproficiencyandexperienceworkingcloselywithclinicalstaff
- Strongpresentationskills
- Highcomfortlevelwithsoftwareandtechnology,ingeneral
