Job summary

Brainlab is looking for an Application Consultant for Radiation Therapy in Chicago, Illinois. You will enhance product usage and provide hands-on training to medical staff. The position requires significant travel (approximately 75 nights a year) and a high level of expertise in software usage.

You need to be proactive and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of success in similar roles. The compensation ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, along with competitive benefits including a 401K match and medical insurance.

• ProvidefocusedsupportpostinstallationforbothelementsandExacTractoensureconfidenceand utilizationin theproduct
• ResponsibleforvisitingallBrainlabRadiotherapyaccountsinregionaminimumthreetimesperyear with primary goals of maximizing utilization and understanding the utilization of platform/s byindication

• LeadElementsoftwareupdateinstallationforrespectiveregionasdirected
• SupporttheRegionalMarketingManagerinacquiringinformationfromRTsitesneededfor marketing projects and initiatives.
• ConstantlycommunicateswithRegionalMarketingManagerprovidingfeedbackonproduct developmentbasedonmarketsurveillanceandcommunicationswithsalesandcustomers.
• Responsibleformeetingsalesforce.comexpectationsregardingdocumentationofcontacts, complaint handling and case management.
• AssistinMarketTransparencythroughdocumentationinsalesforce
• SupportspresalesactivitiesasApplicationExpertinpresentations,evaluations,andcustomermeetings
• Coordinatesandorassistinon-sitevisitationsofothercustomersatkeycenters
• Assistsalesandtakeresponsibilityforproductdemonstrationsduringsitevisits.
• Assistssalesinthepresentationwhenassistanceisneededwithkeyaccounts
• Focusonpenetrationofallradiotherapy/radiosurgeryproductintoglobaltop300targetaccounts
• Responsiblefortimelycompletionofhis/herownprojects
• Establishesclosepersonalbondtoallradiotherapyuserswithintheregion
• Identifycustomersthatareunderutilizinginstalledapplications.Providedataandsetquantitative objectives and implement action plan.
• Facilitatespublicationofstudies/presentationsatcongresses
• Developandmanageinstallbaseforrespectiveregionanddocumentactivitiesandoutcomesfor install base
• Assistincoordinationoftrainingcourseforrespectiveregion
• Communicateinacourteousmannerwithallcustomersandtheirrespectiveteammembers, company vendor reps, partners and other Brainlab employees
• Setaprofessionalexamplewithinthecompany
• Travel requirements: Approximately 75 nights per year

Qualifications
