Job summary

TriTech Enterprise Systems, Inc. is seeking an Application Architect to define and maintain the Azure-based cloud and data architecture for a Louisiana State client.

The role emphasizes setting standards, reviewing vendor designs, and delivering reference architecture documentation with leadership to development teams. The successful candidate will bring extensive Azure experience across compute, data and integration services and ideally hold a cloud architecture certification.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of architecture experience with Azure across compute, integration and data services.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise Azure-based solutions.
• Cloud architecture certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the cloud application and data architecture for an enterprise Azure environment.
• Set standards for solution design, integration patterns, IAM, cost management, and disaster recovery.
• Review vendor-proposed designs against those standards.
• Produce reference architecture documentation.

NOTE: This key position is for a proposaleffort that should be awarded by the end of November 2026. The candidate must live within 30 minutes of the City of New Orleans.

Note 2: This work can be performed off-site; however, the candidate needs to be in LA

TriTech Enterprise Systems (TriTech) is seeking an "Application Architect" to support a State client in LA. This candidate will:

• Define and maintain the cloud application and data architecture for an enterprise Azure environment.
• Set standards for solution design, integration patterns, identity and access management, cost management, and disaster recovery
• Review vendor-proposed designs against those standards
• Produce reference architecture documentation, and
• Provide technical direction to development teams and implementation partners.

Requires 8+ years of architecture experience, including demonstrated delivery on Azure across compute, integration, and data services (Data Factory, Databricks, Service Bus, Functions, Logic Apps, API Management), and experience architecting shared platforms serving multiple business units. Cloud architecture certification preferred. Work is performed offsite.
