Responsibilities

• Initial training period until fully self‑sufficient
• Accurately diagnose and repair appliances/equipment in the customer's home
• Provide cost estimates for repairs/installations and collect payment or payment information from customers
• Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross‑training in related positions

Qualifications

• Appliance service experience needed
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Proficiency navigating tablet‑based technology
• Physical ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, up to 100 lbs occasionally without assistance, and perform strenuous work under varied circumstances
• Physical demands including standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and occasional lifting of 50–100 lbs
• Commitment by contract to a minimum one‑year of employment after training
