Ruffoni Services, Inc. is seeking an Appliance Service Technician to join our team and deliver quality installation, maintenance, and repair of home appliances. You will operate in customers' homes, ensuring safety and performance while upholding our values of respect and courtesy toward clients and colleagues.

You will identify opportunities for additional work, provide accurate cost estimates, collect payments, and may participate in cross-training to support related roles as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology.
• The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Install home appliances/equipment.
• Accurately diagnose and repair appliances/equipment in the customer's home.
• Provide cost estimates for repairs/installations and collect payment from customers for work performed.
• Perform other duties as needed including cross-training in related positions.
