Job summary

Aaron's Appliance Technician in Oklahoma City is responsible for diagnosing and repairing consumer appliances in the Service Center. You will complete service orders and paperwork, calculate estimates for non-warranty repairs, and research product information.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of most common consumer electronics and appliances.
• Troubleshooting to modular level.
• Ability to read schematics and research part information.
• Basic PC skills and service software navigation.
• No minimum experience required; 2 years preferred.
• Type I EPA Certification preferred for appliance technicians.

Responsibilities

• Document service orders accurately.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Perform repairs according to manufacturer specs and timeliness.
• Communicate product usage and training to retail staff.
