• Exceptional Customer Service: In this role, you are the face of the company. You need to deliver a great customer experience, showing empathy toward the customer, accurately diagnose and solve their problem so they can get back to running an efficient household.
• Getting from Diagnosis to Solution: You aren’t just there to explain what’s wrong – you also need to help the customer understand what needs to be done so that you can resolve their issues quickly.
• Quality of Work: This role requires critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve to ensure customers are satisfied and the job is fixed correctly, the first time.
• Efficiency: You’ll need to be efficient with your time and the speed at which you can complete repairs.
• Punctuality and Reliability: Show up on time to deliver a great experience.
• Pride in the Details: Keep your work vehicle clean and organized and pay attention to detail in completing customer information and reports.
• Ongoing Training: Regular training is needed to keep up with new appliances and features; you should be proactive in researching new equipment and expanding your knowledge.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Three to five years of appliance repair experience is a plus

• Pay range: $20 to $40 per hour depending on experience
• Sign-on bonus: $1500 for the right candidate with full line and sealed system experience
• Pay Schedule: Weekly paid every Friday
• Flex Schedule: 5-day or 4-day workweek available
